This all started with my love for being out in the wild. I’ve always had a thing for rocks, not just picking them up, but wondering where they came from, how they formed, and what they might become. Over the years, that curiosity turned into a passion for prospecting, lapidary work, and eventually, handcrafting my own jewelry.

At SWO Prospecting, everything I offer is something I’ve personally dug, cut, polished, or built. That means if you buy a ring, I pulled that stone out of the ground myself. I cut it, polished it and set it in silver with tools on my workbench. If you buy a slab or a raw chunk, it came from a real trip with dust on my boots and a pack full of rocks.

This isn’t a big operation. It’s just me, one person doing everything from digging and shaping stones to designing and building the finished pieces. No mass production. No drop shipping. Just honest, handmade work from start to finish.
